SEO Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with SEO goals to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize existing content for better performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for conversion.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and content marketing to continually refine strategies.
- Implement link-building and off-page SEO strategies to improve website authority and increase referral traffic.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize content strategies and improve performance.
- Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and workflow processes to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
- Perform regular content updates and maintenance on the website to keep information current and relevant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience of 5 years in content marketing, copywriting, and SEO with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and content initiatives.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page optimization, content marketing strategies
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Experience with link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Wordpress CMS, Divi, SEO plugins, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
