Duties:
We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to providing a positive experience for our guests. This role is part-time and would be 2-3 nights per week from 11PM-7AM.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts, charges, and payments
- Prepare daily reports, including occupancy reports, revenue reports, and guest folios
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process for guests arriving or departing during the night shift
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions during the night shift
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular patrols
- Clean and prepare public areas
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Excellent guest relations skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle incoming calls and assist guests with their needs
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
