**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**WHO WE ARE**

Our focus is on equipping, building, repairing, and maintaining retail facilities for operators of convenience stores and related types of business. Our core expertise is with fuel systems however we are expanding our offerings to provide a broad range of equipment, installation, repairs, and maintenance of the mechanical systems in these facilities. Our market is roughly the eastern half of Texas. We have delivered double-digit annual revenue growth for over fifteen years and expect that to continue going forward. We are privately held.

- Determine what problem the customer needs to have fixed
- Match the right technician to the right job
- Optimize the technicians travel route
- Record the work that has been completed
- Provide our customers with a status of each call by the end of the day

- Excellent computer skills with skills in Microsoft Excel

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma, College Degree is a plus
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
