**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities for Infectious Control/Nurse Educator**:

- PPD tracking
- Coordination of all vaccination clinics
- Tracking of vaccines
- Tracking and reporting Hepatitis testing results
- Tracking of sexually transmitted infections testing
- Communication with local health department re: required reportable results
- Scheduling of annually required testing/exams: annual physical/annual PPD
- Assistance with onboarding and training of new employees
- Participation in annual skills fair
- Development of monthly educational topics for site staff meetings
- Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility
- Conduct daily clinical rounds
- Take and document all patient history and vital signs
- Assist with daily triage/sick call, minor medical/surgical procedures and patient assessments
- Assist with examinations and/or treatments
- Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation
- Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility

Qualifications:
**Qualifciations for Infectious Control/Nurse Educator**:

- Must have a valid RN license for AZ.
- Valid CPR card
