The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating receipt, storage, and distribution of materials between the Parts and Raw Materials Warehouse and Manufacturing.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead and direct warehouse staff in accordance with operational priorities
- Connect with customers outside the warehouse to provide updates on delivery timeframes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere strictly to site safety regulations and quality policies
- Determine and successfully implement daily work assignments in alignment with warehouse priorities
- Coordinate housekeeping and inventory control
- Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, and projects
- Provide technical guidance and training to others

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Proven track record to identify and resolve issues
- Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities vital to perform job duties
- Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior knowledge working with an MRP system, SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
- Hourly Full Time scheduled 40 hours per week, onsite at our Bridgewater facility, occasional duties may be required at Raynham facility.

**Other**:

- The anticipated travel for this position is 10%
