**Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands**

**What you will do**
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients experiencing technical issues with web hosting services.
- Interact with our support ticketing system to manage, track, and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web hosting and technical support.
- Assist clients by making updates to sites based on their requests, which may involve basic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS modifications, providing guidance and support as needed.

**What we expect of you**
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Comfortable with the basics of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Basic understanding of code repository interaction (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
