Tri-County Animal Rescue, a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter in Boca Raton is seeking qualified individuals for full-time positions.

**The ideal individuals must possess the following for all positions listed.**:

- Must be dynamic, outgoing and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work as a “team player” as well as an effective representative of our organization, committed to our core purpose.
- Ability to work with little supervision and to learn new ideas quickly.
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and remained focused in a hectic environment.
- Have a clean, neat appearance.
- Must be able to work around dogs and cats and have no allergies.
- Must have reliable transportation.

**VETERINARY TECHNICIAN**

Must have at least 1 year experience with hands on training. Must be team player and be able to multi-task.Salary commensurable with experience. Benefits offered. Weekends. Positive personality.

Duties Include:

- Blood Draws
- Reading blood results
- Fecal tests
- Knowledge of common shelter diseases
- Computer Proficient, Avimark experience a Plus
- Must be able to keep a clean work space

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
