- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Collaborate closely with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Assess and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve any issues regarding order shortages or delays swiftly.
- Engage with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.
- Implement and refine purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers to meet business demands.
- Work with sales and operations team members to complete duties as needed.
