**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the Parts department operations, ensuring all aspects of the Parts Department are handling correctly and accordingly.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure the parts needed for repairs are available as needed.
- Manage inventory and resources to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle core returns & warranty parts returns, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Work closely with the management team to drive the department’s success and profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dealership parts management or similar role.
- CDJR experience a **PLUS**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive parts & inventory management.
- Dealertrack DMS experience a **PLUS**:

- A commitment to upholding high standards of service and integrity.
