Description:
As a Residential Roof Tear Laborer, your primary responsibility is the meticulous dismantling and removal of existing residential roofing materials to prepare for installation. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless execution of our projects, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality roofing solutions to our clients.

Essential Job Functions:

- Efficiently dismantle and remove existing residential roofing materials following project specifications and safety guidelines.
- Handle various residential roofing materials, such as asphalt shingles, with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Operate tools and equipment required for tear labor tasks, ensuring they are maintained for optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to established safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure personal and team safety.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

- Perform tasks outdoors, exposed to varying weather conditions, while prioritizing productivity and safety.
- Transport heavy residential roofing materials and equipment as necessary to facilitate tear labor activities.
- Safely ascend ladders and work at elevated heights to access residential roofing surfaces.
- Demonstrate flexibility by bending, kneeling, and crouching to carry out duties efficiently.
- Utilize hand and power tools proficiently, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures to mitigate workplace hazards effectively.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
