Groundskeeper/maintenance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor/inside spaces to best serve our overall hotel appearances to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as tv fixing, clogs, etc
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Weed and fertilize garden beds
- Prune and trim hedges and bushes
- Operate and maintain power tools such as water hose, vaccums, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with maintenance and repairs
- Clean sidewalks, parking lots,trashcans and other outdoor areas
- Remove debris and litter from grounds, building hallsways and parking lots
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient groundskeeping operations, laundry operations and housekeeping operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred or houseman
- Knowledge of hand tools used in groundskeeping activities
- Familiarity with landscape / hotel maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $13.25 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
