Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of outdoor spaces through landscaping and groundskeeping duties.

**Duties**:

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds, and hardscape features
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address issues
- Assist with snow plowing and removal during winter months
- Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment used in groundskeeping
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Lawn care: 1 year (required)
