This is a full-time telework position.
Hours for this role are Monday-Friday 8:30a-5:00p EST.
**Position Summary**
**Required Qualifications**
- 1+ year(s) experience working in community based mental health service like Targeted Care Management, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, or related utilization management experience with these services
- Must have active and unrestricted independent Master's level Behavioral Health clinical license in the state of residence (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LPC, or comparable) OR active and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with psychiatric specialty/certification in state of residence
- Must be willing and able to work 8:30a-5p EST
- Bilingual English/Spanish
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Milliman Care Guidelines (MCG)
**Education**
- Minimum of a Master's degree Behavioral /mental health services OR RN degree or diploma with behavioral health experience
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,095.60 - $116,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
