Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fourslide Tool & Diemaker to join our team. As a Fourslide Tool & Diemaker, you will be responsible for designing, building, proving out, and maintaining tools used in the production of metal components. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and expertise in operating various tools and machinery.

**Duties**:

- Develop and fabricate tooling for fourslide machines
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing tooling
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize tooling use
- Utilize hand tools, lathes, bridgeports, surface grinders, and other equipment to shape, cut, and finish components
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with tooling or machinery as they arise
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist Fourslide personnel in tooling and machine maintenance
- Contribute in meeting production schedule, on time delivery performance
- Assist as requested in the development of projects
- Observe company processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, environmental and safety standards, and good housekeeping standards.
- May be used to train or instruct other personnel.
- Performs other duties as may be required.
- Welding experience is a plus
- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fourslide Tool & Diemaker or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Experience with fabricating and maintaining tooling for Fourslide machines
- Familiarity with CAD software for tool design is preferred
- Set-up & maintenance of new tooling including but not limited to first piece quality submission.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
