**Friendship Village Tempe is seeking Certified Caregiver/Med Techs to join our Assisted Living team

**Caregiver Starting Pay**:$16.85-$18.54 per hour depending on years of experience

**Med Tech Starting Pay**:$18.85-$20.10 per hour depending on years of experience

**Schedule**:10:00pm-6:30am Tuesday-Thursday

**CAREGIVER SUMMARY**:To assist in the provision of resident care by performing non-licensed nursing/caregiver duties under the direction and supervision of a designated licensed nurse or the Assisted Living Services Manager following established policies and procedures.

**MED TECH SUMMARY**:The Medication Technician assists with the administration of medications under the direct supervision of a licensed practical nurse. Assists licensed nursing staff by performing routine non-licensed duties and assists with activities of daily living.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Three-months of previous experience in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living. At least 18 years of age.

**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS**:

- Caregiver certified in Supervisory, Personal and Directed Care levels by an instructor licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
- Must possess and maintain valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card.
