**Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced part time IT Technician to join our team in Warwick, RI and help support the infrastructure of our technical organization.**

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for assisting employees with questions on the usage of technology and for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in deskside support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems. MacOS a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hardware components, peripherals, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
