**Required experience**:

- 1 year in a customer service experience setting **required** (retail, auto, food, sales, etc)
- Available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings (6:30am start) to evening shifts (8:30pm end)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Computer proficiency.
- Problem solving abilities and professional acumen.
- Authorized to work in US.
- Fluent in English (bilingual in spanish a plus)
- Leadership experience preferred.

**Job description and general duties**:
As a keyholder at Checkered Flag Lux Express Car Wash, you would be wearing multiple hats. Duties include:

- Greeting customers with a smile
- Educate customers about one time washes as well as our monthly programs
- Set and maintain sales goals for self and team
- Answer customers questions and concerns
- Communicate equipment concerns to management
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized area for customers and staff
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety regulations
- Able to work indoors and outdoors in variable weather conditions
- this position will be outdoors for a majority of the shift
- Able to work near loud equipment
- Able to stand for 4 or more consecutive hours
- Provide excellent customer service
- Explain services provided at the car wash
- Communicate effectively
- Be punctual, responsible and accountable
- Work around moving vehicles and high-traffic environments
- Able to lift 0-50 pounds
- Additional duties as assigned

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
