Boat Testing Facilitator

**Boat Testing Facilitator - PPG Testing, Inc., Solomons, MD**

Reports to: Boat Testing Manager

Location: PPG Boat Testing Facility at the Calvert Marina in Solomons, MD.

Work Hours: 7:00am - 3:30 pm for 2-3 days/week

Pay: $15.00/hr.

Part time position - Government contract work

Essential Duties: (others may be assigned)
- Work with Boat Testing Facility Manager to test recreational craft for manufacturers
- Learn testing procedures and assist with paperwork and reporting functions pre and post testing activities

**Requirements**:

- Familiar with the marine industry
- recreational boating
- Mechanical ability (a plus but not required)
- Computer skills
- Fork lift operator (a plus but not required)
- Former

or Retired Military (a plus but not required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs throughout the day and be physically active on your feet all day
- Solid work ethic

We are looking to build a long-term testing facilities team. We offer the flexibility of 2-3 day work week at the marina providing a high quality of life experience for any boating enthusiast.
