The Learning Experience Pearland is seeking a responsible, motivated, and energetic full time caregiver The caregiver will work closely with the co-teacher to plan, implement, and supervise age ranging from 3 to 5 years old, in a structured, clean, and loving environment, while demonstrating exceptional professional conduct and consideration for the safety and well being of the children at all times.

**Requirements and Certifications**:

- Must comply with ALL Minimum Standards guidelines through Department of Family Services.
- Must have a minimum of one year's previous experience caring for preschoolers ages 3-5 years old.
- Possess skills, attributes and characteristics conducive to and suitable for dealing with children
- Must speak English proficiently to communicate with children, staff, management and parents
- Must be able to read and write English proficiently to prepare, complete and maintain administrative forms and records as required by current governmental regulations and company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of child growth and development
- Must be able to lift upwards to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- Satisfy the mandatory physical and background checks as required by state and company regulations and policies
- Infant CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain ASAP
- Must have 24 Annual training hours to meet state required guidelines.
