- **_Answer multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately _**:
- **_Check fax machine frequently and dispense accordingly _**:
- **_Take care of referral sources and referrals (cpap and bipap, respiratory related)_**:
- **_To deal with all private insurances and Medicare (and replacements) and all Medicaid plans (verify, request approvals and explain benefits to patients and referral sources)_**:
- **_To have knowledge of DME intake as well as being in the respiratory department_**:
- **_To care for patients from start to finish whether its recurring supply order or intial set up and updating patient information_**:
- **_Scheduling patient appointments for initial set ups _**:
- **_Following up with patients for recurring supply orders _**:
- **_Handle billing questions _**:
- **_Receive payments for accounts _**:
- **_Maintain Inventory of supplies, and work quarterly inventories _**:
- **_Working with respiratory therapist to ensure top customer service _**:
- **_Fill in with DME when needed._**
