We have an exciting opportunity for a remote **Enterprise Data Specialist **to join the** **Enterprise Data team, within the Ferguson IT organization

**This role specifically supports the following area**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Research and validate data to support customer needs and company growth objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and set priorities to meet SLAs within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Communicate internally and with third parties to provide feedback & recommend business process changes.
- Understand internal and external customer data needs and requirements.
- Ensure data collected supports the needs of business partners.
- Support channel-specific business needs.
- Perform recurring audits to maintain tax reporting files per IRS requirements.
- Work directly with third party IRS transmittal company to support Ferguson 1099 submission requirements (1099-MISC, 1099-NEC).

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business field, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with, manipulating, and reviewing data required.
- Solid grasp of and experience working in an MDM and/or PIM system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with moderate to advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to complete established goals with limited guidance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance and regulation of private or sensitive data.
- Knowledge of SOX compliant regulations.
- Previous 1099 experience preferred.

**Pay Range**:
$4,543.08 - $7,941.72

**_ Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles _**OR**_ Hourly for all other roles._**

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
