Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting
- Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely payments
- Prepare financial reports for senior management
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning
- Experience with Sage accounting software
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with payroll processing
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements
- Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Financial report writing skills
- Prior experience in financial management and accounting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80,727.00 - $87,493.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
