**Responsibilities**:

- Expertly prepare and serve a variety of boba tea drinks, ensuring each cup is crafted to perfection.
- Engage with guests at events, taking their orders with a smile and providing recommendations to enhance their beverage experience.
- Keep the boba tea serving area clean and inviting, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage the setup and packup of event decorations and boba tea equipment, ensuring a smooth start and end to each event.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and interacting with guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any service issues.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines meticulously to ensure all ingredients are fresh and drinks are prepared hygienically.
- Work collaboratively with event coordinators and team members to ensure seamless service from setup to breakdown.

**Skills**:

- Passionate about boba tea and providing an exceptional guest experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with event guests.
- Previous experience in a boba tea shop, cafe, or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations specific to beverage service.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, event-driven environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and capable of working cooperatively with event staff.
- Competent in handling event setup and teardown tasks with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred to enhance guest interaction.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to drive for event setup and product delivery is preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift

Weekly day range:

- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Guest services: 1 year (preferred)
- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Palo Alto, CA: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
