Classic Industries, the world's number one restoration auto parts and accessories supplier, has **immediate full-time openings for Call Center Representatives **to join our dynamic inbound call center support team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide customers with information about products and services
- Assist customers look up parts in product catalogs and place orders
- Verify customer account information to ensure order accuracy
- Respond to customer's questions, help process returns, track packages, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Confident and professional phone demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication, conversation, and active listening skills
- Customer service mindset with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software and office systems
- Excellent customer service skills

**Training**:
**Pay**:

- $45,000 - $47,000 annually
- Pay based upon job skills and work experience
- Annual wages are based on a combination of hourly and overtime wages.

- Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Every other Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm
