Outside Supervisor

Seven Arrows seeks a dynamic Outside Supervisor for the 2024-2025 school year. The Outside Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the health, safety, and social-emotional well being of students during recess, lunch, transitions, and in classrooms when necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise/monitor students during snack, lunch, and transitions
- Adhere to Seven Arrows’ health and safety protocols for students while playing/eating
- Engage with students to build rapport, while maintaining a safe environment for all students
- Assist students with social-emotional issues when social conflicts arise
- Assist in classrooms and specialty classes as needed
- Setup/breakdown of classroom areas
- Setup/breakdown of school events
- Assist in maintaining tidiness of campuses
- Assist in maintaining campus safety

- An understanding of and affinity towards elementary aged children (K-6th)
- Enthusiasm for the opportunities and challenges inherent in working with elementary school age students

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in education); teaching certification a plus
- 2+ years of experience working with elementary aged children
- Experience with Responsive Classroom a plus

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
