**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Assist patients in selecting eyewear that meets their prescription needs and style preferences
- Take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and usage
- Process orders and maintain accurate patient records
- Work closely with optometrists to ensure seamless patient care
- Team work, self improvement of productivity habits to achieve goals
- Verify elegibility and submit claims

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Optician or in a similar role
- Proficiency in retail, Inventory Insight, math and systems
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures related to eyewear, Detail Oriented.
- Understanding of vital signs and medical terminology, HIPPA.
- Problem solving, Interpersonal skills, Feedback, Organization, Time Managemement, Listening, Sharing, Cooperating.
- Experience with medical coding, Epic software, sales techniques, Taste for Trends.
- Hability to Multitask, **Skyrocking Sales**.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
