Registered Behavior Technician

Our focus is on specific developmental steps that incrementally build to further your child towards independence, and help them thrive in their daily environments. We work together with parents, caregivers, and teachers to help accelerate and reinforce the treatments plans in place. We focus our services where the child needs the most help including at Home, School and/or the Community. Our company is currently looking for RBTs (Registered Behavior Technician) to join our growing team We have cases available and ready to start immediately

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients as directed in home, daycare, and school settings as needed
- Complete clinical data collection and daily paperwork in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner
- Track client's progress through data collection
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and Individual Treatment Plans correctly and as directed by supervising Lead Analyst
- Work as a team and collaborate with team members
- Provides assistance in training parents, teachers, and support staff in implementing treatment protocols.
- Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification **(REQUIRED)**
- Active Behavior Analysis Provider 39 Medicaid Provider # **(PREFERRED)**
