Service Tech and Installer

Nashua, United States Oasis Hot Tub & Sauna Full time

This is a full time, year-round position. Primary responsibilities will be to service, refurbish and maintain hot tubs, swim spas and saunas both in-house and in the field. Service Technicians will also provide water care services to our maintenance contract customers at their homes, perform drain and refills and educate our customers on their water care.

Training will be provided. The right individual will be mature with a positive outlook on life and a can-do attitude, will be a team player able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Good troubleshooting skills, strong customer communication skills, and a clean and valid driver’s license are a must.

This position will service equipment at the customer’s location.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with prior experience.

The delivery crew members’ position assists their team Leads in effectively and efficiently deliver products to our customer’s home. Safety is our priority, whether, in the warehouse or the field, you must be focused and aware of your surroundings. Each Delivery is involved, you will work as a member of a team, and you may offer problem-solving to mitigate damage and support team members’ safety. You’ll carry out many tasks throughout the day to help support the customer and your team.

Job Requirements

Maintain a valid driver’s license

Arrive on time; the start time is 6:00 AM.

Have the ability to lift 80+ pounds throughout the day.

Be agile and quick on your feet in evolving situations.

Be aware of surroundings and potential dangers to yourself and others.

Have the ability to see potential hazards to the product and avoid them.

Have moderate knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.

Have moderate knowledge of how the plumbing and electrical work with the products.

Operate a pick-up truck with an attached trailer (up to 22ft in length).

Operate a forklift within the warehouse.

Educate yourself on product knowledge and product maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
