Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Stock and organize merchandise on shelves and displays
- Assist customers in English and Spanish with inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs promptly
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls
- Participate in sales activities for various products including appliances, electronics, and jewelry

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting customer needs
- Knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion strategies
