Position Overview:
**Shift Options: 7AM-7PM OR 7PM-7AM (Shift differential pay for pm shift)**

**Schedule: 2/2/3 Swing Shift
- 12hr shifts**
**Compensation: $22-$30/hr**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all duties in accordance with Can One SOP, Safety Rules and Safety Training
- Stop and Start Unit as necessary.
- Must be 18 Years or older
- Able to stand, bend, twist,, reach, push, pull and regularly lift between 10-40 lbs
- Stand at workstation for duration of scheduled shift
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to read, write, speak, interpret and understand the English language
- Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with attendance policies
- Ability to work in varying climate and noise levels
- Perform machine setup, break down, cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication of various parts of the equipment.

- Clean and maintain work area.
- Perform all necessary machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Job related experience for 1-year(s) minimum
- Able to work in different temperature ranges
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to identify product defects.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production operations and machinery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
- Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Pay Range: USD $22.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
