Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team involved in various outdoor maintenance tasks.

**Duties**:
Manage Crew/Jobs Daily
- Meet crew daily at starting time.
- Monthly Safety Trainings

Ensure crew following safety protocols.
- Work on job with crew daily.

Provide training to improve work quality.
- Ensure crew is efficient.

Quality Assurance
- Walk property upon completion with owners and ensure satisfaction to prevent callbacks.

Purchasing/Material Acquisition
- Operate and demonstrate the proper use of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and equipment.
- Provide training to crew members on safety procedures and job duties.
- Perform quality checks on work completed by the crew to ensure high standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
- Assist in sales efforts by providing estimates and recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in termite repair and inspectio.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in operating hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment.
- Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

This position offers the opportunity to lead a termite crew while gaining valuable experience in the industry.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
