Total Care Physical Therapy, PC is looking for a motivated individual with a friendly and confident personality and commitment to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide** **in our fun and energetic outpatient clinic in Hillsborough.

Total Care Physical Therapy is focused on one thing and one thing only...the patient's physical well-being. We remove the typical constraints of one-size-fits-all treatment to provide personalized care by passionate and professional Physical Therapists. Our Physical Therapists work directly with patients in a one-on-one approach to deliver the care and attention each patient needs to achieve the best therapy outcomes. **Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Assist the physical therapist with patient exercises
- Assist indirectly patient care by ensuring a safe, healthful and pleasant environment.
- Interface directly with patients, their families and other therapy team members
- Maintain patient exercise flowsheets
- Maintain a neat and clean environment
- Maintain equipment, including laundry
- Make new or follow-up patient appointments
- Work with front desk staff

**Qualifications**:

- No high school diploma, degree, or certificate is necessary
- Punctual and dependable
- Goal driven
- Experience as a therapy aide is preferred but not necessary

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday
