Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients and staff.
- Coordinate and assist with various projects, including data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Maintain organized files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, including accurate data entry and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls courteously and efficiently.
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively with team members.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Front desk experience is a plus.
