Westaff is looking for a 2nd shift Digital Press Operator in the Wilmington, MA area for Immediate Hire

**This is a Direct Hire

**Payrate**: $25-28/hour
**Schedule**: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am
**Work Location**: Wilmington, MA

**Key Responsibilities for Digital Press Operator include**:

- Operate HP 6000 Web Press digital print technologies.
- Provide color management support on every project
- Work collaboratively with your production team members to deliver top-quality labels and

packaging for our customers.
- Focus on product quality, safety, team building, and effective waste management.
- Learn our business through fulfilling the needs of our customers.
- Ability to make fact-based decisions and troubleshoot print and press problems to keep

projects running smoothly and efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies (hardware and software)
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines on multiple long
- and short-term projects
- Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people

and personalities
- Ability to provide high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the

inquiries of internal customers
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all Smyth team members

Skills & Experience
- Required: High school education
- Required: 2+ years related experience
- Preferred: Certified Operator
- Preferred: Experience using computer and touchscreen technology to manage and complete

tasks
- A Plus: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems
