We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in promoting our balloon, streamer, and backdrop decor services. Responsibilities include client outreach, order coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. **Duties**:

- Become a fully trained decor installer to ensure full understanding of what is required of our install team while selling to clients. Sales coordinator must remain up to date on how to install and operate any new services we offer.
- Assist customers in understanding our product offerings, providing information, and guiding them through the ordering process.
- Coordinate and manage orders in collaboration with the Director of Operations, ensuring accurate details, timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to contribute to effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of Pop & Drop.
- Continuously strive for creative excellence and find ways to do more unique installs.
- Nurturing previous clients and their upcoming events.
- Create pitch decks in Canva, and proposals in Pixifi.
- Keeping up with invoices and contracts.
- Be willing to connect with clients via phone as needed.

**Skills**:

- The Sales Coordinator drives the creative ship that is Pop & Drop, and as such, they must be extremely creative and be able to transform a client’s vision into a logístical reality, and be able to determine what is and is not possible, while also pitching new ideas the client may not have originally considered.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in outside sales or related field is desirable

Schedule

The first few weeks of training will require significant schedule flexibility to become fully familiar with what Pop & Drop does, as attending installs will be necessary. Once trained, the Sales Coordinator will primarily work Monday through Friday but will be expected to be the company point of contact during installs, which may occasionally require work to be done on weekends. Being point of contact is a responsibility that is equitably shared between this role and the Director of Operations, and normal administrative responsibilities will be done while being the point of contact. Should being a point of contact be necessary during non-normal working hours for the Sales Coordinator, they may adjust their schedule to accommodate. For example, if normal working hours are Monday through Friday, but being a point of contact is needed for a Saturday morning, the Sales Coordinator may take a half day on Friday to accommodate the requirement for hours on Saturday.

The Sales Coordinator is eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week
