Business Manager/bookkeeper

Albertus Magnus High School is a coed Catholic high school serving students in grades 9-12.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager/Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business office. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the fiscal viability of the school.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of the business office, including but not limited to, payroll, accounts receivable/payable, HR operations,
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit and minimize loss
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with Head of Schooo and Finance committee on various projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
- Provide monthly reports and analysis

**Experience**:

- Strong background in profit loss analysis and financial management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the aptitude to inspire and motivate others
- Strong accounting and analysis skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
