Leasing Consultant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units
- Maintain accurate and updated leasing records
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and interactions

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in filing documents and maintaining organized records
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with contract review and lease agreements
- Understanding of legal administrative procedures in property management
- Strong conflict management abilities to address tenant issues effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on tenant satisfaction
- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively while promoting property features

Hours: Tues
- Saturday, 9:00 - 6:00

Pay at $22 to $23 per hour without apartment OR $14 to $15 living on site with apartment as part of compensation package.
