**Job Summary**:
As the Social Media Manager at Rivell, you will develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our online visibility, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will leverage your expertise in platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and foster meaningful interactions with our followers. Additionally, you will be proficient in video creation and editing, particularly for creating shorts or reels to captivate and engage our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including videos, images, and written posts.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with followers and address inquiries or concerns.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and video production, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of success in growing social media presence and driving engagement.
- Expertise in social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
- Strong video creation and editing skills, with experience producing shorts or reels for social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences effectively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences online.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
