YES Equipment & Services is a leading distributor for Construction and Agricultural Equipment in Southern Wisconsin. Manufacturers represented are JCB, Hyundai, and Kubota, Hyundai, and JCB.

YES is looking for a Construction Equipment salesperson to sell our wide selection of in-stock new and used units to customers in the Milwaukee market. Equipment includes Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, and Tele Handlers. Both of our Construction locations have a tremendous amount of inventory. Over 20M in equipment which can be seen from from the freeway, which creates interest and leads

**Responsibilities**
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid discussions to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with existing customer base within territory.
- Reach out to customers through leads and cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule with the support of the management team.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improving through training and development programs

**Skills**
- Proven sales record a must
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year with great earnings potential
