**What It's All About**:
As a Quadratec Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play an integral role to help to build, manage and maintain the ultimate customer experience.

How you ask?
- Picking and packing product
- Maintaining proper paperwork for each order
- Inventory control
- Conduct product inventories and audits, as assigned
- Be open to cross-training. This includes but not limited to shipping/receiving, quality control, loading/unloading of shipments, special projects, as assigned
- Monitors facilities and equipment for proper cleanliness and functionality
- Be a team player with other projects and duties, as assigned.

**What You'll Need**

Not everyone can be a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following in regard to:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year in distribution center environment
- **Education**: High school diploma or GED
- **Skills**: You must be a strong communicator with the natural talent to build and maintain relationships with coworkers and stakeholders.

Let’s add in a little extra too just to make it fun
- Forklift certification, preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. (daily lifting to 40 lbs)
- Consistent attention to detail and quality
- Strong ability to work with the team as well as independently

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
