Landscape Foreman

This position will require a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) as the position occasionally requires the operating of a mid-size dump truck or stake body truck.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise landscape projects including the scheduling of work and supervising work crews.
- Ensure that landscaping projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
- Perform hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the landscaping projects.
- Ensure that proper safety and security protocols are followed.
- Train and oversee landscape workers and ensure that they are following company policies and procedures.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to lift and carry heavy objects

Pay: $31.12 per hour
