**Home Health - Pediatric RN/LVN - Private Duty Shifts**

MedCare Pediatric Group is looking for passionate **Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN)/Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN)** to join our **Home Health Nursing Team.**

**_* Full-Time and Part-Time openings available for day and/or night shifts *_**

**Pediatric RN/LVN Job Duties Include**:

- Responsible for delivering quality skilled care to the pediatric population in the home setting for 8-12 hour shifts,
- Enables child to remain at home with their family instead of an in-patient facility,
- Care for clients that have serious illnesses or disabilities may be recovering from serious injuries or extensive surgery.
- Will be expected to assess their clients' conditions during every visit. This may include taking a client's vital signs, care and maintenance of gastrostomy tubes, seizure activity monitoring, tracheostomy care and maintenance, and/or care and maintenance of CPAP/BiPAP/ventilators.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in **Texas**:

- 6 months pediatric home health care as an RN/LVN preferred
- Current CPR card, Driver’s License and Auto Liability Insurance
