Modern Self Storage is a brand new state of the art storage facility in Danbury, CT. We are offering FLEX pay. If you want medical benefits the salary is 20-22 per hour. We understand sometimes a spouse already has great benefits, if that's you, then range is $25-$27

**Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle tenant concerns and resolve conflicts effectively
- Negotiate and enforce leases and rental agreements
- Maintain property occupancy by advertising and filling vacancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with property laws and regulations
- Oversee facility maintenance and repairs
- Administer contracts with vendors for services
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant issues professionally
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette for clear communication with tenants and vendors
- Knowledge of property law and regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills to address tenant needs promptly
- Experience in facilities management for property upkeep
- Understanding of contract administration for vendor agreements
- Administrative capabilities for managing property documents efficiently
- Legal administrative knowledge to handle lease agreements and legal matters
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
