**Certis Solutions **is seeking a qualified Jr. Estimator with the following background:
**Must Have Qualifications**
- 2 years of construction experience.
- 1 year experience in estimating
- Degree preferred but not required

**Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities**
- Analyzing project specifications and blueprints to understand the scope of work and identify potential issues or challenges.
- Researching and estimating the cost of labor, materials, and equipment required for the project.
- Preparing and submitting bids or proposals to clients or contractors.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to develop and refine estimates.
- Reviewing subcontractor quotes and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining detailed records of estimates, bids, and other project-related information.
- Assisting with project planning and scheduling.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, as well as changes in building codes and regulations.
- Participating in site visits and project meetings as needed.

**Company Project Types/Sizes/Locations**
- Ground up and remodels of Commercial and Multifamily projects
- Projects are located in Austin area

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
