Our Groundskeepers/Porters perform the day-to-day upkeep of our community grounds and facilities and assist the maintenance team with general maintenance of the community. This is a full-time 40 hours-a-week position.

**Requirements**:

- Possess excellent customer service, communication, and follow-up skills

- Must have reliable transportation
- Drug and background testing required.
