**The Exciting Stuff**:

- **Pay**: $50,000 - $120,000 a year (Cha-ching)
- **Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Conducting home inspections and/or commercial site evaluations like a pro
- Building value for our customers with customized solutions
- Prospecting for new business and closing sales like a boss
- Establishing new customer contacts and keeping your finger on the pulse of the market

**What You Need To Be Most Successful**:

- High School diploma or equivalent (we're not sticklers for fancy degrees)
- Prior sales experience with a “hunter” mentality (got that go-getter attitude?)
- Valid driver's license and be 18 years of age (time to hit the road)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening (clean slate, please)
- Demonstrate a safe driving record from the DMV (safety first, always)
