It provides Independent Living and a comprehensive retirement living option for adults over the age of 62 by offering an Active Adult Community, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Care and Memory Care, all centrally located on one campus.

**The Dining Services Supervisor** will assist in providing quality food and an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests as well as supervise all Dining Service personnel.

**You will also**:

- Supervise the service in the Health Care Dining Rooms in time of need and assist the management team in hiring, orientating, training, evaluating, and counseling of Dining Service personnel.
- Coordinate in-services with dining room and marketplace staff as well as implement programs to improve service to the residents and their guests.

**We require**:

- **High School Diploma or GED**:

- Experience with Senior Living preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of dining room service
- ServSafe certification (If not, the Dining Service Supervisor will become certified within one year from acceptance)
- The ability to work as a member of a team and to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people
- Good communication skills
- Rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
