Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Community Liaison for a hospice agency to join our team. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders. Your role will involve promoting our organization's mission, programs, and services to the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect with the community, doctors office and hospitals
- Serve as a liaison between our organization and community members, organizations, and agency
- Coordinate and oversee volunteer management efforts
- Conduct data collection and analysis to assess community needs and interests
- Assist in fundraising activities to support program initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement community programs
- Supervise staff members involved in community outreach activities
- Provide leadership and guidance to volunteers and staff members
- Represent our organization at community events, meetings, and conferences
- Manage projects related to community engagement and program development

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field, advertising and marketing (preferred not required)
- Proven experience in volunteer management, social work, or community outreach
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis
- Experience in fundraising preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in public speaking and presenting information to diverse audiences
- Ability to effectively manage projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate others
- Knowledge of local market trends and community resources

We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $34,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
