Hourly Rate Range: $27.00 to $30.00

**_ Housing Stability Program Coordinator Position Description_**

The Housing Stability Program Coordinator oversees the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) in Carbon County, ensuring compliance with federal grant requirements and serving as a liaison with PA DHS.

**_ PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- This role is responsible for day-to-day program management, including fiscal administration and regulatory compliance.
- The coordinator supervises contracted and temporary staff, manages all program operations, and oversees client interactions to ensure program objectives are met.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and processes is also a key responsibility.
- Additionally, this role involves developing outreach strategies, coordinating with community partners, providing training and support to staff to enhance program effectiveness, assisting in client intakes, and conducting landlord outreach.

This is a grant funded position expected to end March 2025.

This position is in person in our office in Allentown, PA and requires frequent (mileage reimbursed) travel to in person meetings in Carbon County PA.

**_ Work Experience and/or Education for Housing Stability Program Coordinator_**

A minimum of three years of related work experience in a range of the following: project management, federal grants, and staff supervision. With specific demonstrated experience in managing federal grants including budgeting, reporting and documentation.

**_ Skills for Housing Stability Program Coordinator_**
- Proven skills in overseeing projects, ensuring compliance, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, analyze program data, and prepare detailed reports.
- Experience in managing, training, and supporting staff, particularly in a social services or housing-related context.
- Strong ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, clients, and landlords.

Remote Work Policy_**

This position is expected to report to our office in Allentown, PA or in person at meetings in Carbon County PA for at least 70% of the work schedule. 30% of the work schedule may be done remotely.
