Innkeeper

If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Innkeeper. As an integral part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable and comfortable stay at our inn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily operations of the inn, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and housekeeping
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the inn
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new guests

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
